We've all seen the public service spots where the local animal shelter spends 30 seconds with one of the cute little animals they are hoping someone will adopt. Well, what you may not have seen is what happens when one of those photo shoots goes bad. I'm not talking about vicious dogs. I'm talking about putting a cat on a harness.
