The Strangerhood 
You may or may not be familiar with Red vs. Blue, a Web-based show rendered using Halo. I'm not a huge Halo person, but the good news is you don't have to be. The show has nothing to do with Halo. In fact, they have an awesome short, Real life vs. the internet. But that's not really important. What matters is that they have a new show on the way that should appeal to more people. It's called The Strangerhood and it's done using the Sims 2. And you don't have to know anything about the Sims to appreciate it. All they have up currently is the intro/trailer. But it looks to be promising. (via slahdot)
